These terms cover your use of hive.plexorlabs.com, which Plexor Labs, Inc. (a Delaware corporation, "Plexor Labs", "we") operates. By using the site you agree to them.
What the site does
You give us the link to an app published with Lovable. We read the app's public pages, the way any visitor would, and estimate the work needed to take it to a customer-ready pilot. While we are starting, a member of our team prepares each estimate and emails you the price. You can join our waitlist at the same time.
Lovable is a trademark of its owner. Plexor Labs isn't affiliated with Lovable or endorsed by it.
The price is an estimate
The price we send you is an estimate, not an offer, and it doesn't create a contract. It covers only what the estimate says it covers. Any work we agree to do is covered by a separate written agreement.
Pre-booking joins a waitlist
Pressing "Join the waitlist" puts you on our waitlist. It isn't an order. We take no payment, and no price is held for you for any period. Either of us can end it at any time: you by asking us to remove you, and we by removing you and telling you. We contact you at the address you gave us.
Links you submit
Submit only links to apps you own or are allowed to share. Our service reads only pages that are public. Please don't put other people's personal information into the form. We remove email addresses and phone numbers from page text before an AI model reads it.
Fair use
Don't try to overload, probe or get around the site's limits, and don't submit links automatically in bulk. We may limit or refuse requests that look like misuse.
What we don't promise
We provide the site and its estimates as they are, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Estimates can differ from the final scope of any work. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site. Our total liability for the site is limited to US$100.
Law and courts
Washington law governs these terms. The state and federal courts in King County, Washington have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer in the EU or the UK, you keep the protections of the law where you live, and you can bring a claim there.

Changes
We may update these terms. The new version will carry a new date and version number, and will apply from then on.

What the site does
You tell us what you hope to achieve, how far you've got, and the link to an app published with Lovable. You tell us where to send your plan. Then you register with your email address and, while we open in stages, a beta code. You confirm your email from the email we send you, and press "Submit for analysis". We read the app's public pages, the way any visitor would, and prepare a plan and a price for the goal you chose. While we are starting, a member of our team prepares each plan and price, emails you a link, and shows them to you on the site. You can pre-book there and join our waitlist.

Your account
The email that confirms your address carries a link that works once, within 15 minutes. Anyone who opens it and presses "Submit for analysis" before you do can submit as you. The link in your plan email works for 30 days, and anyone who has it can see your plan and pre-book as you. So don't forward either one. You can ask us to close your account at any time by writing to team@plexor.dev.
